1. Acceptance of Terms

Online Hustle website and using any of our services—be it AI
assistance, freelance solutions, publication support, appliance repair, or
graphic design—you agree to abide by these Terms of Service
("Agreement"). If you do not consent, please discontinue usage
immediately.
2. Services Covered
This Agreement applies to all services
offered through The Online Hustle,
including online or in-person services, communications, support tools,
scheduling, branding, and any other related functionalities.
3. Access and Authorization
Access to our services may require you to
register or provide personal information. You’re responsible for safeguarding
your access credentials, and any actions taken via your account are considered
to be authorized by you.
4. Content Ownership
All content created by The Online Hustle—including designs, prompts,
editorial work—remains our property until payment is received. After full
payment, ownership transfers to the client as specified per service.
5. Usage Restrictions
You agree to use our platform and services
lawfully for legitimate business or personal purposes. Misuse—such as posting
infringing content, spamming, or unauthorized access—will lead to account
termination.
6. Modifications to Services
The Online Hustle reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any service or
content at any time, in response to evolving business needs or external

7. Fees, Payments & Refunds
All service fees are as outlined in the
specific service agreement. We accept UPI, bank transfers, cards, and cash (for
certain services). Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy—generally
applicable only if the service hasn't started or was not delivered as agreed.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for excellence, The Online Hustle is not liable for indirect
outcomes like lost profits or external rejection (e.g., journal denial). Our
maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in
question.
9. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel before service initiation for
a full or partial refund as outlined. The Online
Hustle may terminate if you violate these terms, in which case
refund eligibility will be assessed per policy.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of
India. Disputes shall be resolved in relevant courts jurisdiction.
