For operational efficiency and to better serve our clients, The Online Hustle may appoint third-party individuals and organisations as Authorized Agents to perform specific tasks and services on our behalf. Authorized Agents may include, but are not limited to, freelance specialists, repair technicians, logistics partners, academic editors, and third-party service providers.
Appointment & Scope
Any Authorized Agent engaged by
The Online Hustle will be explicitly
appointed for specific services and timeframes. The scope of an agent’s
authority—such as accepting instructions, accessing client materials,
performing on-site repairs, or submitting documents to third-party
platforms—will be specified in writing before work begins. Unless expressly
stated, Authorized Agents do not have the authority to amend or waive The Online Hustle’s Terms & Conditions on our
behalf.
Responsibilities & Standards
All Authorized Agents are
required to comply with The Online Hustle’s
policies, including confidentiality, data protection, professional conduct, and
quality standards. Agents must:
·
Behave
professionally and courteously with clients;
·
Protect
client data and limit usage to the expressly permitted purposes;
·
Provide
services in accordance with agreed timelines and specifications;
·
Promptly
report any conflicts of interest, technical limitations, or service impediments
to The Online Hustle.
Liability & Limitations
While we vet and monitor our
Authorized Agents, some services may be delivered wholly or partly by them.
Except where law requires otherwise, The Online
Hustle’s liability for acts or omissions of Authorized Agents is
governed by the same limitations and indemnities that apply to our own
employees and contractors. Clients acknowledge that:
·
Final
outcomes of third-party actions (e.g., journal acceptance, external platform
decisions) remain beyond our absolute control; and
·
Pricing,
schedules, and warranties for agent-delivered services may differ and will be
communicated at the time of engagement.
Indemnity & Insurance
Authorized Agents are required
to maintain appropriate insurance and indemnify The
Online Hustle against liabilities arising from negligent or unlawful
acts in providing services. Clients agree to indemnify The Online Hustle and its Authorized Agents
against claims arising from client misrepresentation, misuse of deliverables,
or unlawful instructions.
Termination & Replacement
The Online Hustle reserves the right to terminate an
Authorized Agent’s appointment at any time. Where an agent is replaced, we will
use reasonable efforts to ensure continuity of service and to minimize
disruption. Any refunds, credits, or warranty adjustments related to agent
performance will be handled according to our Refund & Warranty policies.
