Digital Goods Refund Policy – The Online Hustle

·         Once a digital product (e.g., eBook, software, downloadable file, template, or online course) has been purchased and accessed/downloaded, it is non-refundable.

·         Refunds are only processed if a clear, unedited video of the received item is shared; otherwise, no refund will be issued.

·         Please share all videos (max size 4 MB each), the bill, and clear images of the received item to our official email ID: contact.theonlinehustle@gmail.com.

·         Refund requests will be processed the same day if all required proofs are received today; otherwise, no refund will be issued.

·         For any service issues or problems faced, please email us, and for courier partner service issues, contact the courier’s service email.

·         If you face any issues regarding our services, product sales, journal, agent work, Employee work, Technical Worker – Repairs, or call-related concerns, please email us immediately; otherwise, no further action will be taken.

·         If you encounter any issues or bugs on our website, please email us. We appreciate your feedback, and our team will work promptly to resolve the problem.

·         Our company is committed to providing our customers with the two best possible services.

·         We strive to minimize the use of third-party partnerships as much as possible, to reduce the risk of potential scams and ensure greater security for our customers.

·         Customers should never share their OTP, mobile number, card details, keys, PIN, or passwords with anyone unless they are absolutely certain the request is legitimate. As per RBI guidelines, do not share any sensitive information or documents to avoid scams.

·         Customers should never share sensitive banking information such as OTPs, PINs, passwords, or card details with courier or delivery personnel.

·         Banks and authorized courier partners will never ask for such confidential information during deliveries or communications.

·         If anyone claiming to be a courier partner requests your sensitive data, it should be treated as a potential scam, and reported immediately to your bank and local authorities.

·         Always verify the identity of courier partners through official channels before sharing any information or accepting documents.

·         The company is not responsible for any scams or fraudulent activities conducted by third parties or individuals.

 

2. Refund Eligibility for Digital Goods

·         Refunds are only considered if:

o    The digital product has not been downloaded or accessed.

o    The wrong digital product was delivered due to a system error.

o    The file provided is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to replace it with a working version.

 

3. Subscription-Based Services

·         For ongoing digital service subscriptions, customers may cancel anytime, but refunds for unused periods will be processed only if requested within 24-48 hours of renewal.
